Michael and his colleagues, Sara Whitlock and Daniel J. Hart, are genetic scientists at the Epsilon Research Institute. As part of their program, they decide to conduct research in the nearest nature sanctuary.
During this ill-fated journey, they fall victim to an unthinkable incident. Their car rolls down a road and ends up in a deep valley. Stranded and alone, Michael must find his friends and survive multiple dangerous and deadly events, which lead them to believe that this place hides a dark and evil past.
