Your points were transferred during the migration. You can find them by clicking on the gift icon located at the bottom right of each page by logging in with your account credentials.

To access it, create a new account with the email used on the old store and you will find your customer history as well as your loyalty points (click on the gift icon at the bottom left of your screen, once connected) .
Simply click the my account icon at the top right of your screen and follow the instructions.
An order confirmation will be sent to you by email after payment has been validated. Remember to check your spam folder.
Once shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. You can also track your order in your customer account.
By default, an order containing multiple products with different release dates is shipped all at once, upon release of the last product.
We offer several delivery options (home delivery, collection point), depending on the choices available at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on the chosen method and product availability. Products in stock are generally shipped within a few business days.

Your chosen pickup point has been registered but cannot be included on your order confirmation. The delivery method for your order is Colissimo (post office delivery, Pickup point & Pickup Station lockers).
In accordance with the right of withdrawal, you have a legal period to request a return, provided that the product is new, unopened and in its original packaging.

Every euro you spend earns you points. These points can then be redeemed for discounts or rewards. Log in via the “Loyalty Points” widget in the bottom right corner of the website, redeem your points for a reward, and apply the code in your shopping cart. Your points are valid for one year from the expiry date shown on your points history.
Yes, a coupon generated through the loyalty program can be revoked within a maximum of 48 hours of use . After this period, automatic revocation is no longer possible.
If you are a customer of ours and have entered your birthday in our loyalty section, you will receive a bonus of 60 points (€4 discount) 15 days before your birthday. This offer is valid once a year, provided that the recipient has been registered in the loyalty program for at least 45 days prior to their birthday.
You have access to your wishlist via your customer account. On each product page you will find an “Add to your favorites” button allowing you to add the product to your wish list. You can delete it directly or manage your favorite products in your customer account. Unfortunately, your old Wishlist was not recovered because it is a new application.
