Description
A spectacular metamorphosis for Vanillaware's masterpiece
In a distant past of Japan, a great conflict erupts over the possession of fabulous and powerful samurai swords forged by the legendary Senji Muramasa. These swords grant their wielder prodigious power, but also an insatiable madness that can only be appeased by blood. As many factions clash to seize these mythical weapons, demons and evil spirits, drawn by the carnage, ravage the land. These tales recount the fate of six different characters whose lives plunge into chaos because of these revenant blades.
“In the shadow of myths lurk the fearsome demon blades, malevolent weapons animated by an insatiable thirst for blood. Legend has it that drawing such a sword condemns anyone who dares wield it to a tragic end...”
Experience the mythical tales of six protagonists with unique paths and skills available from the start, represented in Vanillaware's iconic style. Discover these epic tales in a new way thanks to a new localization, and for the first time, English voice acting. Fight in this fairytale interpretation of Japan's Genroku period and restore peace before the call of the cursed swords leads the country to its ruin.
