The year is 199X. Nuclear war has devastated New York City, and the few survivors struggle to stay alive on streets plagued by riots and crime. The city is controlled by criminal gangs, who terrorize the survivors and fight for dominance. Refusing to accept this life any longer, Billy and Jimmy Lee decide to rid their city of these gangs.
Discover the early beginnings of the iconic Double Dragon brothers as they face off against new and familiar enemies in this alternate history. In this new installment featuring roguelite elements, each playthrough is a new chance for even more action. Featuring a unique dynamic level system, the difficulty of the missions will adjust based on the order in which you choose to play them.
Play as the famous brother duo Billy and Jimmy, Marian and Uncle Matin, or 9 other unlockable characters with their own unique moves and playstyles. With 2-player local co-op, enjoy four times the action with a friend as you clear the streets of vermin.

FAST-PACED ACTION: Choose 2 fighters and seamlessly switch between them for a multitude of devastating combos and defensive and offensive moves.
BEAT 'EM UP WITH ROGUELITE ELEMENTS: Discover an endless array of gameplay possibilities thanks to the dynamic mission select function. The order in which you choose your missions will affect their length, the number of enemies, and the overall difficulty. Choose how to upgrade your characters with random upgrades purchasable at the end of each mission, or save your money to revive them during the mission.
13 UNIQUE PLAYABLE CHARACTERS: Start the adventure with Billy, Jimmy, Marian, and Uncle Matin. Earn tokens to unlock 9 other characters, each with their own strengths and playstyles. Strategically choose your duo of fighters by analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of each character.
CUSTOMIZE YOUR EXPERIENCE AND REWARDS: Adjust the game's difficulty to change the amount of tokens earned per session and use them to unlock content in the Token Shop, such as characters, tips, etc. A modifier can be used to enable permadeath or infinite mode.
LOCAL CO-OP: Join a friend and clear the streets of vermin together in 2-player local co-op mode.
